SERVICES Drop Off Services
1) Drop off computer for a free diagnostic
2) We will call you with the diagnostic and price.
3) If you would like to fix it we can proceed, otherwise you can pick up your computer for no charge.
4) If we have to go over budget we will call you ahead of time for an approval.
Onstie Services (Business and Residential)
1) Call to schedule an appointment.
2) We will do the diagnostic onsite.
3) If would like to fix the problem the diagnostic is free otherwise there is a 1 hour labor charge.

The way the pricing works is that our minimum fee
is $80 unless you use our drop off service. All
problems for the most part are going to cost $80
unless we have to purchase a part.
